Why Am I Running

Over the last 7 years I have invested countless hours of my time in achieving my vision of our City’s fiscal future.

I have been one of the chief architects of our City’s "model" budget which over the past few years has been structurally transformed from a one year – reactionary budget to a forward thinking five year comprehensive budget that address both current and long term needs.

Our City’s leadership will turnover in the next three years as our Mayor and most of the Commissioners are term limited.  The City of Miami Beach needs an experienced leader with a vision for the future and the knowledge of the past.  I am that person.
